We definitely often hear "gado-gado" words. These words is commonly and we often hear it. "Gado-gado" is one of food from Indonesia that the form of boiled vegetables and mixed into one, with seasonings or sauce of peanuts are be mashed and on it sowed fried onion and crackers. Actually, this food contain many vegetables and similar with "karedok" recipe. The difference of both food is the process of cook its vegetables. For the "gado-gado" recipe, All of the vegetables are cooked previously while the "karedok", all of its vegetables are fresh vegetables. Both of them also use sauce of peanuts and usually the crackers as a complement. Oke, in order to more clear. Please see how to make it and its seasonings here.
The ingredients to make it :
1. Fresh and good bean sprouts as much as about 160 gram. Wash and throw its root before it boiled.
2. Long beans as much as 150 gram. Wash and chop up the beans as far as about 2-3 cm.
3. One cucumber. Wash and peel it.
4. Water spinach as much as 150 gram. Wash and cut it.

The ingredients to make peanuts sauce seasonings :
1. 3 of red chili ( be mashed )
2. 5 cloves of garlic ( be mashed )
3. Peanuts about 250 gram.
4. 3 tablespoons of tamarind water
5. 1 teaspoon of salt
6. Palm sugar about 50 gram.
How to make "Gado-gado" :
1. First of all, we make the sauce of peanuts, The peanuts roasted then its skin thrown, after that, the peanuts are be mashed.
2. Red chili and garlic sublimated and added with smooth peanuts, stir evenly.
3. Give the tamarind water, salt, and palm sugar. Stir all of them evenly.
4. Prepare all of the ingredients that have boiled such as bean sprouts, long beans, and water spinach, cucumber ( don't boiled ). Mix all of them with peanuts sauce. Finally, "gado-gado" is ready to eat :).

We are Agustiawan and Cici Afriani. We are Tanjungpura University students. We are from Selakau, Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. I am Agustiawan, I was born in Selakau, August 31, 1995. My hobbies are dancing, singing, cooking, writing, and reading poetry. I live in Jl. Tanjung Raya 2, Cendana Indah C23. Then, my friend is Cici Afriani, she was born in Selakau, March 16, 1996. Her hobbies are listening to the music, swimming, reading and singing. She live in Jl. Siaga, Gg. Siaga Jaya Number B7. Well, the end of ourselves introduction.
