"Sambal Teri Kacang Pedas Manis"


This food is not really foreign again for us and it is typical and unique food from Indonesia. We can meet this food anywhere especially in West Kalimantan. We know, many people like this food, with good and true manufacture, this food is has a certain quality. Good quality also get of the ingredients which are in manufacture of this delicious dish. This food can accompany to eat yellow rice, soup, and porridge, therefore, many people like it.
The ingredients to make it :
1. Peanuts about 200 gram
2. Anchovy about 200 gram
3. 3 tablespoons of powder red chili
4. 3 pieces of red onions
5. 1 cloves of garlic
6. 4 tablespoons of  tamarind water .
7. 2 tablespoons of sugar
8. 1/2 tablespoon of salt
9. Cooking oil.
How to make it :
1. Fry the peanuts until mature. Then take away and set aside.
2. Fry the anchovy until rather dry, take away and set aside.
3. Sublimate all of the seasonings such as red onion, garlic, salt, and powder red chili.
4. Stir-fry the seasonings that have sublimated until mature.
5. Enter the peanuts and anchovy that have fried, then enter the tamarind water and sugar, stir evenly, after that, take away and "Sambal teri kacang pedas manis" is ready to served :)

We are Agustiawan and Cici Afriani. We are Tanjungpura University students. We are from Selakau, Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. I am Agustiawan, I was born in Selakau, August 31, 1995. My hobbies are dancing, singing, cooking, writing, and reading poetry. I live in Jl. Tanjung Raya 2, Cendana Indah C23. Then, my friend is Cici Afriani, she was born in Selakau, March 16, 1996. Her hobbies are listening to the music, swimming, reading and singing. She live in Jl. Siaga, Gg. Siaga Jaya Number B7. Well, the end of ourselves introduction.
The purpose of our blog to introduce Indonesian unique food, to share all the unique and interesting things that I want to share to you all . This is because we all have known that Indonesia has richness of delicious culinary and unique, where every region has a food or cuisine that to be characteristic of each region.We are going to post many kinds of food here, they are tahu gejrot, tempoyak, kelepon, bubur pedas, and asam pedas ikan.
