"Sambal Teri Kacang Pedas Manis"
The ingredients to make it :
1. Peanuts about 200 gram
2. Anchovy about 200 gram
3. 3 tablespoons of powder red chili
4. 3 pieces of red onions
5. 1 cloves of garlic
6. 4 tablespoons of tamarind water .
7. 2 tablespoons of sugar
8. 1/2 tablespoon of salt
9. Cooking oil.
How to make it :
1. Fry the peanuts until mature. Then take away and set aside.
2. Fry the anchovy until rather dry, take away and set aside.
3. Sublimate all of the seasonings such as red onion, garlic, salt, and powder red chili.
4. Stir-fry the seasonings that have sublimated until mature.
