Bingka Barandam


            Bingka Barandam food cake is made from the basic ingredients of eggs and flour. Then eaten together with a sauce of sugar. Well, make Bingka Barandam is very easy. How to make it, first you shake the eggs, then you enter the flour and mix together with the egg until blended. Then the dough was burned and cooked until cooked yellow.
This cake is usually served with a sugar sauce. Well, after you make the dough, you also have to make a sugar sauce. How to make a sugar sauce, first boiling  in conjunction with cinnamon sugar and pandan leaves. When the sugar sauce has cooked, please serve  Bingka Barandam with sugar sauce.
The materials needed to make  Bingka Barandam:
1. 10 pieces of eggs
2. 200 grams Flour
3. 250 grams of sugar
4. Enough water
5. Cinnamon to taste
6. Pandan leaves to taste

How to make  Bingka Barandam:
First you shake the first egg. Then you add the flour, and stir until blended. Then you burn the batter and cook until yellow. After that you make the sauce. The way to make it is to boiling the sugar, cinnamon and pandan leaves to boil.
Well, cakes bingka berandam ripe, then sprinkle with sugar sauce as a complementary sauce.
Serve with relish.Good luck J

We are Agustiawan and Cici Afriani. We are Tanjungpura University students. We are from Selakau, Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. I am Agustiawan, I was born in Selakau, August 31, 1995. My hobbies are dancing, singing, cooking, writing, and reading poetry. I live in Jl. Tanjung Raya 2, Cendana Indah C23. Then, my friend is Cici Afriani, she was born in Selakau, March 16, 1996. Her hobbies are listening to the music, swimming, reading and singing. She live in Jl. Siaga, Gg. Siaga Jaya Number B7. Well, the end of ourselves introduction.
The purpose of our blog to introduce Indonesian unique food, to share all the unique and interesting things that I want to share to you all .
