Ingredients Putu
Tepung Beras (Putu made from Rice Flour):
500 g rice flour
(select good quality)
125 g of corn starch
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
water (just enough)
brown sugar (to taste
slices)
food coloring (green /
can also be of pandan leaf juice)
grated coconut steamed
with a little salt to taste.
How to Make Putu
Tepung Beras (Putu Rice flour):
First mix the rice
flour along with the corn starch powder and vanilla, then drizzle with a little
water (which has been given a dye / can also juice of the coconut milk) to
moist flour, stirring until blended.
Furthermore, sifted
flour with a sieve, then print the batter into the cake pan, how to fill up
half of the dough, then fill the center with brown sugar that has been sliced
